In this video, a client performs the upright row for shoulders quickly followed by an incline reverse crunch for abs.
The upright row is a weight training exercise performed by holding the barbell with an overhand grip and using the elbows to lead the movement. This is a compound exercise that involves the rear and medial deltoid.
By quickly moving from one exercise to another, you keep the heaetrate elevated leading to a higher calorie burn .
